Hi Greg, As we can access server side rules in OWA, it shows that this could be a client issue instead of an Exchange issue. We can try the following method to narrow down the issue and check if any helps: 1. Check the Mac OS, Outlook 2016 for Mac update requires Mac OS X 10.10. If you are running Mac OS X 10.9 or lower, you won't be prompted to get the latest version of Outlook. ![]() Please get the free Mac OS X 10.10 and then install the Outlook update. If there is another Mac book installed outlook for Mac 2016 also, please try using your mailbox to create a profile and check if the same issue persist.
